Can I move to a larger plan later?
Yes. Start with what you need now and scale up when your websites, mailboxes or storage grow. Your website does not need to be rebuilt.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes. During checkout you indicate that you already own the domain. You will then receive clear DNS instructions to point the website and, if needed, e-mail to TheWebConnection.
How do I install WordPress?
After delivery, log in to DirectAdmin. You can install WordPress using the application installer or a manual upload. The DirectAdmin Help page guides you through the first steps.
Can I get help if I get stuck?
Yes. Through support@thewebconnection.eu and the support form, you can submit a question with your domain name, error message and screenshot.
